Imphal, November 17: With active co-operation from the DGP, social worker Amrik Singh Pahwa today managed to clear the huge stocks of goods piled up on the side walk of various shops in Imphal city.

Truck loads of iron rods, bags of commodities, building material which were kept in front of the shops depriving the people the right to use the side walk were cleared.

Security trucks parked in the middle of the road in the busy commercial centres of Imphal were also not seen today.
