Imphal, November 17:
A man and a woman were caught red handed while they in a compromising position among the bushes near the psychiatric ward of RIMS by a routine foot patrolling part of RIMS security today at about 12.30 am, said a statement issued by the media advisor of RIMS.
Both the man and woman have been handed over to Lamphel police.
The two admitted that they had some drinks before they came to RIMS hospital campus.
