Imphal, December 27: Demanding that State autho- rities effect regularisation of muster roll and work-charged employees which had been pending for the last many years, the Manipur Electricity Emplo- yees� union has submitted a memorandum to the Chief Secretary, Govt of Manipur to put on hold the ongoing process for fresh recruitment in State Government departments.
