Imphal, December 27: A residential type Science Motivation programme for talented students of High and Higher Secondary schools of Manipur would be organised by the Manipur Science and Technology Council (MASTEC) with the support of NCSTC, DST, Government of India from January 31 to February 4, 2006, said a press release issued by the Council.

The programme with the objective of providing the participants exposure to the world of science and motivating them to take up science as career includes a five day study tour of visiting laboratories, interaction with scientists, popular science talk, science experiments/science behind miracles, field visit, science elocution competition on science topics etc, it informed while adding that food and accommodation would be provided during the programme.
