Imphal, June 21: Endorsing the cause of the striking part time lecturers working in various Government Higher Secondary Schools, All Manipur College Teachers� Association (AMCTA) has warned the State Government against trying to sideline the genuine demands of the part timers.

These part timers have been appointed by the Government under a policy and they should not be victimized unnecessarily, Association general secretary E Iboyaima said in a press release.

Meanwhile, the students� union of Lilong Higher Secondary Madrassa has lamented over lack of adequate teachers in the school.
