Imphal, July 03: The Shreemati Likmabam Radhe Devi Memorial HSLC Award, which is given every year to students of schools in Thoubal district who scored highest marks in the HSLC examination, for this year was presented during a function at Kalimai Complex yesterday.

MLA of Kakching Kendra Th Tomba Singh, MLA Heirok Kendra N Sovakiran Singh and principal of PES Ch Haridas attended the function as chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively.
