The 15 day Design and Technical Development workshop on kouna craft conducted by Leading Meitei Women's Organisation Manipur, Tera Amudon Akham leikai had commenced from January 18.The inaugural programme of the workshop was held with Ward No 7 Councillor Ch Joykumar, Commerce and Industries Superintendent W Birenjit and Assistant Director of MNSE (Handicraft) A Sahadev as the chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively.
