Imphal, January 20: The newly elected president of Manipur People's Party L Borajao Meitei has revoked the suspension order of the party's former general secretary AK Sanaton.

In the revocation order issued today, the president rejecting allegations levelled against Sanaton also termed the content of the previous suspension order as unfounded, fabricated and concocted.

Borajao also cited 'misunderstanding' for the complaint notice (December 5) against candidature of Sanaton in the MPP presidential poll.

He regretted that the complaint was lodged against an individual who has dedicated over 30 years of service to the party's cause and interest.
