Personnel of 37 Assam Rifles deployed in the Moreh belt yesterday averted a major mishap on NH-39 by detecting four Improvised Explosives Device (IED's) suspected to be planted by militants.
A PIB (DW) hand out said that the IED's were tactically planted with a sole aim of causing massive damage.
