The secretary of Global Commerce India Limited , a nondescript company operating from Paona Bazar, Governor Road Takhellambam Shanta (26) who has been absconding after having swindled Rs 4,09,700 from 23 persons employed by him has finally landed in the police custody.
The local Meira paibis handed him over to the police.
