Imphal, October 02: The result of the essay writing competition held on September 27 in connection with the observance of 50th Wildlife Week, 2005 has been declared.

Md Arif Khan of K M Blooming E/S,Khangabok; Arambam Nejoobala Chanu of Brighter Academy, New Chekon and L Henbi Devi of St John's E/H school, Nambol secured the 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.

Seven other students were also awarded consolation prizes.

Free coaching: A free coaching class has commenced has begun from today at Liberal Colege, Luwangshangbam under the aegis of North Imphal DESAM Local Council.
