Expressing deep concern over the rampant use and sale of intoxicant substance Pheijaleitong Makha Leikai, Pheijaleitong Makha Leikai Maibi Lampak Apunba Nupi Lup has warned the public to stop using or selling any form of intoxicant substance in the areas under its jurisdiction from Jan 22 onwards, informed a press release.
