In connection with the firing incident of Charangpat in the wee hours of March 6, 2004 in which Thangjam Binoy (19) of Lamding Khumanthem Leikai, Khumanthem Somorendro (32) of Lamding Khumanthem Leikai and Md Azad Khan (25) of Sangaiyumpham Nungphou were killed, last date for submission of written statements by concerned and interested persons/parties/social organisations has been fixed at 1 pm of March 25 as per a Government of Manipur notification.
