Humanist Party, Manipur State Council has contended that the recent Lok Sabha election to the two State Parliamentary seats was not free and fair and proxy voting and booths rigging have been witnessed On large scale at many polling stations.
In a statement, publicity secretary of the party said that proxy voting had also been taken place at polling station no 27/31 in Kwakta.
