Haryana bagged the team championship pushing behind last year's winner Kerala in the 6th Senior Women National Boxing Championship at JRD Tata sports complex here today.
Haryana secured 33 points to claim the team championship title while Kerala bagged 30 points.
Last year's runner-up Manipur slided down to third spot.
The workd champion, MC Mary Kom (Manipur) outscored Kerala's Swapana VK in the final to retained the national champion title in the 46 kg category for the sixth consecutive year.
Mary Kom, who had two gold and one silver medal in the world championship last month, did not allow any room to her southern rival to surge ahead and kept on mounting pressure on Swapana, who conceded the match in the second round.
Asian gold medalist and national champion, Aruna Mishra (SPSB) was proved better off Pratima (Sikkim) in the 66 kg as the referee had to stopped the contest in the second round.
Taking advantage of the home crowd, Mishra dominated the proceeding to scored 13-2 before the referee stopped contest.
Haryana Pugilist Sushma (54 kg) and international Chhotu Loora (50 kg) defeated their respective rivals Urmila Rani (Delhi) and international Jahana Gogoi (Assam) to emerge the natioan champions.
In the 63 kg bout, two asian gold medalist Zenny Lalremliani (Mizoram) had to sweat it out against international Ibemcha Devi (Manipur) to become the national champion for the sixth consecutive year.
In one of the toughest contest of the championship, both the boxers from North-east States fought a close battle before referee adudged Zenny champion on 14-12 points.

48 kgs: Kanak Durga (AP) - gold
Virpalkau (Punjay) - silver Zorinpull (MIZ) and Kalpana (Assam)- both bronze.
50kg: Chhotu Loora (Har) - gold Jahana Gogoi (Assam) - silver Arya S (Kerala) and Lata Rani (Manipur)- both bronze
52 kg: Sushma (Har) - gold Urmila Rani (Delhi) - silver Popila (HP) and Mandakini (Manipur) - bronze.
54 kg: Sarita Devi (Manipur) - gold Sunita Yadav (Har) - silver Palwinder (Punjab) and Priyanka (Uttaranchal ) - bronze.
57 kgs: Aswathy Prabha (Kerala) - gold Anita Sharma (Del) - silver
Kamal Bisht (Uttaranchal) and Priti (Har) - bronze.
60 kg: N Usha (AP) - gold
Lalmoin Siami (Miz) - silver.
70 Kg: Aswathy Mol (Kerala) - gold
Laxmi Padeya (Jhar) - silver.
75 kg: Promita Kachari (Assam) - gold
Renu (Har) - silver.
80 kg: Lekha K C (Kerala) - gold
Manita (Har) - silver.
86 kg: Swapna Priya (AP) - gold
Reena Kumari (Pun) silver.
While Lekha KC of Kerala was adjudged best boxer of the championship, Laxmi Padeya was named best looser.
