Imphal, December 03:
The Bonafide Appointees Verification Victimised Association under the ZEO/CCpur has urged the Education Minister to take immediate action for release of pending salaries to teachers working in the district within two weeks.
Expressing strong resentment against the Govt for holding back salaries since March 2005, the BAVVA, in a memorandum submitted to the Minister on Nov 30 also questioned rationale behind salary denial to the teachers despite inquiry into case of fake appointment having been completed months back.
