Imphal, December 03: Governor Dr Shivinder Singh Sidhu has expressed concern over the sub standard condition of the State's life lineNational Highway 39, according to a press statement issued by the Governor's Secretariat.

The governor on his way to Kohima today visited Tadubi and Mao.

A public reception was accorded at Tadubi high school where public leaders of the area submitted a memorandum demanding among others, handing over maintenance of NH 39 to BRTF, improvement of Tadubi-Liyai Road, improvement in health, education and water supply services.
