Imphal, February 27: The four day long Rural Sports Programme organised by Nehru Yuva Kendra, Senapati which was held at two Mini Stadium, Senapati and Maram centre concluded yesterday. The sports programme was organised under Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Govt of India.

In badminton boys, Senapati District Badminton Association wrest the title defeating Senapati Village Youth Club in the final.

Angkailongdi Youth Club secured third place.

Viewland Youth Club bagged the title in girl section defeating Angkailongdi Youth Club in the final.

The event was held at Mini Stadium, Senapati.

PK Hostel, DBS lift the Kabaddi men's title defeating Kavanam Youth Club in the final.

Maram Lairouching Youth Club secured the third spot held at Maram centre.

In women's section, Maram Lairouching Youth Club was declared the winner after thrashing Kavanam Youth Club in the final.

Maram Centre Youth Club bagged third spot.

Competitions in 100 m, 200m, 400m, 800m and 1500m race was held for boys.
