Imphal, February 27: In view of the forthcoming examinations of class X, XI and XII, All Manipur Students' Union appealed to all the people to restrain from calling bandh, blockade or strike which might cause disturbance to the students in preparing from their examinations.

In a statement, the students' body also appealed to the Electricity Department to ensure regular supply of power and to the people not to organise any entertainment programmes till these examinations are over.
