Imphal, July 05: People's Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (PREPAK) has denied having any relation, whatsoever, with Moirangthem Boinao s/o Noren of Wangjing Wangkhei who was reportedly arrested by Thoubal Police Commandos from his house on June 29 at around 3 pm.

In a statement, department of publicity and propaganda of the outfit decried the attitude of the security forces in arresting innocent people and later dubbing them as underground activists.
