Imphal, March 16: The World Consumer Right Day organized by Social Volunteers' Assn was held its Sagolband Yengkhom Leirak Machin head office on March 15 with social worker Sapam Samungou Singh as chief guest.

Discussion ranging from importance of spreading awareness of rights of the consumers and reduction of health risks to the citizens through strict implementation of quality control measure were conducted during the observance where AK Bina, Th Jamuna and RK Tamphasana Devi spoke as resource persons.

Among others students of Oriental Children Guide High School also took part in the programme.
