Imphal, January 05:
Strongly warning the elements who have been trying to tarnish the image of the revolutionary movements for their own personal gain, the KCP has today stated that it will no longer keep quiet but give befitting punishment to the guilty.
In a statement issued to the press today, the outfit said that some cadres have been misusing the name of the KCP to earn money and warned that they will not be spared.
These elements are hell bent on obliterating the outfit, said the statement and added that their presence has dealt a cruel blow to the developmental activities of the outfit.
The KCP is not at all keen on triggering off a fratricidal killing but it is imperative that such elements, who have been trying to tarnish the image of the outfit, should be eliminated and appealed to all to extend their co-operation in their endeavour.
Naming one such elements, the outfit said that Laishram Ranjit alias Loya alias Roshan of Yurembam Awang Leikai has been tarnishing the image of the outfit and the revolutionary movement in the State.
KCP accused the named person as forging the signature of KS Lamphel Luwangcha and without the consent of the outfit serving demand letters on the public.
For his misdeeds, he will be given fitting punishment, said the statement.
Stating that identities of Ranjit's associates are known, the KCP has asked them all to surrender to them by January 11.
