Reminding that necessary payments for hiring vehicles for use during the 9th Manipur Legislative Assembly elections had not been made till date, Indo-Burma Sugnu Road Bus Owners' Welfare Union has threatened to cease passenger service with effect from May 11 in case the authority concerned do not clear the pending dues before the deadline set for proposed stir.
