Imphal, November 27 2009:
Quick medical aid and professional treatment of the doctors of 39 Assam Rifles unit hospital saved the life of a 11-year-old boy.
The boy identified as Ajmal Khan of Kshetri Bengun was brought to the unit hospital after he was bitten by a poisonous snake.
The boy was administered with anti-snake venom therapy by the medical team of the hospital and saved his life, said a release of PRO Hqs IGAR (S).
