Prof Kamei canvasses at Jiribam

As part of his electioneering activities for the ensuing LS poll, BJP candidate for II-Outer Manipur PC, Prof Gangmumei Kamei organised street corner meeting at Jiribam and Barak circle today.
Speakers at a street corner meeting in Babupara stressed the need to elect an MP from outer MPC like BJP's Prof Kamei who is committed to the integrity of Manipur.
Naorem Kapu (Ratan), ex-MLA SP Henry Paotei, who is also convenor of BJP's Outer Manipur PC and Rakeshwar Singh, president of BJP Jiribam Mandal spoke during the programme.
Expressing strong confidence that the BJP would come to power in the Centre this time, the speakers also dwelt on the need to bring in development in the State on the Gujarat model.
Reiterating that BJP is a non-communal political party, Prof Gangmumei Kamei said that the party is an inclusive one contrary to misconception.
He also promised to work for the welfare of Jiribam and its people if elected.
Later Prof Gangmumei and his team also went to Jakuradhoramadi Gowakal to canvass voters.
