NFP vows to take up voice of Nagas in the Assembly

The Naga People's Front (NPF) which has recently stepped its feet on the soil of Manipur is positive that out of the 12 candidates fielded by the party, eight of them will come out successful and this time the party will taken up the voice of Nagas in the floor of the Manipur State Assembly.
In an exclusively interview with Hueiyen Lanapo, PA Thekho, Advisor, NPF, Manipur State Unit, specifically pointed out that among the eight NPF candidates which will be coming out successful in the State Assembly election, majority of them will be from Ukhrul district.
Two NPF candidates from Chandel and one each from Tamenglong and Churachandpur will also be coming up successful.
He also stated that the Party is a little depressed with the state unit as it has come up in the state recently and there was hardly any time available to the party to spread awareness to the public about the ideology of NPF.
The members of the state unit stationed at Senapati district are keeping a close watch over the prospects of the party in the recently held election.
Even the Chief Minister of Nagaland, Neiphiu Rio, Political Advisor of NPF, Z Lohe and legal Advisor T Koza also came to witness the voting carried out in this district, he added.
Hen further stated that the re-poll conducted in the eight polling stations in Senapati district went off peacefully.
People fully enjoyed their voting rights.
