Imphal, September 13:
Thoubal Police Commandos have apprehended two cadres of KCP (City) faction while they were allegedly trying to extort money from Kakching Bazar area at around 3 pm today.
The arrested cadres are identified as Naorem Boboy alias Santosh (21) s/o Ibohal of Kakwa Makha Naorem Leikai Lairembi Lampak and Thongam Mani alias Chingkhei (18) s/o Naba of Sekmaijin Bazar.
