Imphal, September 13: Referring to news item published in the September 13 editions on arrest of PLA/RPF member by a combine team of 5/8 GR and Bishnupur police commandos, Wabagai Social Welfare Club has clarified that Yumnam Robert alias Bobo alias Malemnganba alias Meiraba (28) s/o Y Biramani of Wabagai Tera Urak is not connected to any underground outfit.
