Imphal, January 28: Kuki Women Union and Human Rights, Moreh has extended its heartful gratitude to MLA Bijoy Singh for his good samaritan initiative role in restoring peace and harmony in Moreh recently.

Expressing serious concern over the demand for removal of 24 Assam Rifles from the border town, the Union, however, maintained that shifting of AR post from Moreh will only bring about more violence since the establishment of the AR post has so far prevented the activities of anti-social elements.
