Imphal, September 14: Manipur Forward Youth Front (MAFYF) in association with its Lamlai branch, other local clubs and Meira Paibi bodies will observe September 21 as the Great March at Lamlai Bazar in commemoration of the September 21, 1948 incident in which several number of people were subjected to police atrocities at Pungdongbam.

The people were marching towards Imphal to take part in a public meeting to be addressed by Hijam Irabot at Manipur Dramatic Union (MDU) hall.
