Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee expressed gratitude to AICC president Sonia Gandhi in particular for election of Gaikhangam as MPCC president.
The elevation of Gaikhangam as PCC chief is the right decision on the part of AICC as he is one of the seniormost and experienced leader in the State, MPCC general secretary (Adm) Vidyapati Senjam said in a statement.
