KNA refutes KNF�s charge

Imphal, April 26: Kuki National Army (KNA) has refuted the charge levelled against it by KNF as baseless and unfounded.

The allegation has been made even after KNF (Zougam) has claimed all the responsibility for the punishment meted out to Albert Gengoukhup Mate, the director of information and publicity department of the out TH Patrick John said in a statement, adding that such publication is nothing but a smear campaign against KNO/KNA.

Patrick further asserted that KNO/KNA is the only true revolutionary organisation of the Kuki people and it does not work for any political leaders.

The charge only exposed the hollowness of KNF (Samuel)'s aim and objective and it calls for wide condemnation, the statement said, while urging the people not to be swayed by such false charges.
