The VC expressed hope that the Departments concerned as well as the people will implement the suggestions given.
In any revolutionary movement, external affairs policy is very important, said the PREPAK leader and added that today, the UN has started to take note of the revolutionary movement in Manipur.
India is beginning to feel the heat of the international community, said the VC and added that the world today has started to acknowledge the draconian laws imposed by the Government of India as well as the subjugation of the people.
There will come a time when India will succumb to the international pressure.
The VC assured the people that the final goal is at hand.
It is also essential to learn from the experience of others, said the VC and added that revolutionaries should learn how to respect the aspirations and wants of the people.
The revolutionaries should also try to understand the minds and hearts of the people, said the VC and added that a wrong step could mean landing into the trap of the Government of India.
Lessons can also be learnt from the Dalai Lama and his stand on the sovereignty of Tibet, the manner in which the UN has been keeping in cold storage the demand of the Chechen that Russia recognise the sovereignty of Chechnya, the surprise defeat of the LTTE.
On the other hand there are also valuable lessons to be learnt from the manner in which the demand of the Kashmiri people on right to self determination found echo of support in the Parliament of the United Kingdom, the decision taken by the UN with respect to the demand put up by the Palestinians, the nod given to the demand for sovereignty in Kosova, the nod given to the Nigas by Canada and British Colombia for self Government and to set up their own Constitution.
