Imphal, Jun 11:
Drawing a dismal picture of the Education Department in Manipur, Education Minister L Nandakumar has stated that it is in chaotic condition.
Though there is enough fund at the disposal of the Department, its proper utilisation is a big problem, the Minister said at the occasion of presenting the 4th Incentive Award to the students of Khurai A/C who passed in first division in the class X and XII examinations, 2006 conducted by State Board, Council and CBSE today.
