Refuting any act of harassing or threatening the sub-agencies of the M/S Iboyaima Gas Agency, Tadubi, the Senapati District Consumers' Club (SDCC) has questioned the rationale of the agency and its nine-sub-agents for the unauthorised charging of Rs 315 per LPG filled cylinder or more when the same can be refilled at Kangpokpi or Imphal at Rs 298.37.

While taking strong exception to the manner of a particular sub-agent who had allegedly gone to the extent of issuing threat to some functionaries of SDCC for going to the press and submitting representations to the IOC officials, it cautioned that in the event of any untoward incident to any member of the SDCC in connection with the issue, the M/S Iboyaima Gas Agency, Tadubi and its nine sub-agents shall be held responsible.
