Village chief crowned

Imphal, January 18: Mathankhui Zimik has been crowned the new chief of Hongmahn village succeeding his father Shangreishui Zimik today at a coronation held at a Baptist church.

The ceremony was attended by chiefs of surrounding Kuki villages in addition to presidents of DESAM and MSF and representatives of other bodies.
