Moreh gears up for Jan 20 protest rally

Moreh, January 18: To ensure the success of the proposed public rally on January 20, a preparatory meeting was held today at Kondong Lairembi ground where a Joint Action Committee was constituted.

The meeting was attended by president of Tamil Sangam, Moreh, KBS Maniam, president of Gurkha Youth Club, Min Bahadur Thapa, leader of Moreh Marwari community, Prakash Jain, president of Meitei Council, Moreh, L Imobi and president of AMSU Chandel district, Sunil Agarwal as presidium members.

Moreover, the meeting was participated by Kha-Nongpok Apunba Nupi Lup, Moreh, Nupi Khunai Chaokhat Thourang Lamjing Lup, Muslim Women Development Association, Moreh, Gurkha Women Society, Tamil Women Society, Manipuri Muslim Women Development Society and AMSU Chandel district committee.
