Imphal, March 21:
During a cordon and search operation at Kongpal Kshetri leikai at around 3 pm today personnel of Imphal East district police arrested two hardcore KCP activists - Pukhrihongbam Santa (22) s/o P Amuchou of Urup Arapti and Nameirakpam Dayakumar alias Tamoyai (21) s/o N Rome Singh of Bashikhong, said a police statement adding the operation was conducted based on specific information.
