MLA draws Cm's eyes to rape allegations

Imphal, March 07: Federal Party MLA L Ibomcha drew the attention of the House and Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh in particular to the report of alleged rape of 21 girls including 13 years old minor girls by cadres of an under-ground group at Taipaimukh sub-division of Churachandpur district between November, 2005 and February this year.
