Imphal, November 19:
Ch Ibohal Institute for Mentally Retarded clinched both the boys and girls handball titles to make a clean sweep of all the top honour in the two event 2nd Special Olympics State Games 2004 - first phase of which concluded at Konjeng Leikai ground today.
The games will resume at Khuman Lampak Main and Indoor Stadium on November 28 where competitions in athletics and bocce are scheduled.
After the Institute's boys won the football final yesterday, their girls peers defeated BB Paul Mental Development Home 19-3 in the handball final today.
