Andro AC's MLA Th Shyamkumar, whose case is pending in a Delhi court and is supposed to appear before the law court on July 31, will be escorted flown back to the national capital tomorrow.
Additional Sessions Judge of Tis Hazari Court, Delhi had granted permission to the undertrial prisoner (UTP) legislator to attend the just concluded monsoon session of the 9th Manipur Legislative Assembly.
Having attended sessions of the State Assembly from July 20 the MLA was reportedly asked to appear before the Delhi court at the end of this month.
This year on April 16, Shyamkumar resigned from the post of Deputy Speaker and surrendered to a local court here and since then he had been detained under judicial custody.
The MLA was apprehended from Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi on October 2, 2006 along with two senior members of the proscribed UNLF organisation.
Separate cases had been registered against the legislator by the Imphal police and Delhi police.
