Imphal, March 29 2010:
In Manipur, reshuffling the Council of Ministry is a difficult task, admitted Chief Minister O Ibobi.
While talking to newspersons at Maphou dam during an inspection visit this morning, the Chief Minister said, if necessary reshuffling will be done.
When persisted with the question, "Isn't it necessary," the Chief Minister evaded a direct answer by saying, "It can't be said that it is necessary or it is not necessary" .
Regarding the ongoing ceasework strike of the employees of the government, Chief Minister Ibobi reiterated that the government has no money to pay the arrears.
As soon as the financial year is over, the government will talk to the striking JAC and discuss the issue.
