The 100 Bn BSF today commence its two day medical camp at Ithai village in Bishnupur district where a company of the frontier force was located.
Medical check-ups and drugs were provided free of cost on the first day of the camp that will be sustained until tomorrow.
Canteen facilities were also set-up for the general populace during the camp that witnesses a handsome response.
More than five hundred people from Ithai Khunou and five adjoining villages were being check-up by Dr N Sitlhou, MO BSF and a civil doctor under the supervision of Ajay Singh Commandant of the battalion.
Meanwhile, the Bethesda School of Nursing, Muolvaiphei here is all set to congregation on the Friday for its 12th capping & lamp lighting ceremony within the premises of the rural health and research centre, Alice C Tonsing, the Principal of BSE said today.
