Imphal, February 25, 2010:
Annual plan size of the State for 2009-10 has been increased to Rs 2036.88 crores from Rs 2000 crores fixed earlier.
The increased plan amount includes Rs 800 lakhs for purchasing CCTV cameras and Area Location Equipment.
The Chief Secretary issued a notification yesterday saying the plan amount has been increased to Rs 236.88 crores.
The increment was made under Additional Central Assistance (ACA).
It also instructed department to prepare revised sectorial allocations and submit the same to the Finance Department by February 27.A source said amount of the current financial year for Home Department includes Rs 800 lakhs for procuring CCTV cameras and Area Location Equipment.
