All Manipur Women�s Social Reformation and development Samaj has informed that a child is in its safe custody and appealed to all concerned to contact nearest relative of the child who hails from Dimapur.
According to a release of the women body, the child was found by commando personnel of Imphal East district at around 9 pm of january 3 loitering and crying near BOAT.
The child is said to have disclosed the name as Bhukhali belonging to an adivasi family of Dimapur with the mother named Sumitra and father as (L) Surtu.
Relatives or family friends may take custody of the child from the BOAT office of the Samaj, added the release.
