Imphal, February 27 2009:
The AMADA has consigned 300 litres of local liquor to flames today at Topkhongnangkhong in the presence of the public, a release of AMADA publicity secretary, K Hemabati Chanu said.
The liquors have been seized from various places of Imphal within the period February 8 to February 26. Meanwhile, the AMADA also informed that a meeting of Drug, and HIV/AIDS related NGOs funded by Foreign countries, MACS and the ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment will be held on March 4, 6 and 8 at 11am at the office of AMADA located at Keishampat Laisom Leirak.
