To get a first hand account of the state of things in the State ranging from the law and order situation to the work progress of the different projects taken up by the SPF Government a high level 11 member official team from Delhi is set to arrive here on April 25 .
Speaking to The Sangai Express a reliable source said that the high level official team will be headed by Union Cabinet Secretary KM Chandrasekhar.
The other prominent members include Union Home Secretary Madhukar Gupta, Union Defence Secretary Vijay Singh.

The proposed visit comes in the backdrop of the stringent action taken up the State Government following the mass killings of 15 migrant workers last month.
Other than the law and order situation the team will study the developmental projects taken up by the State Government in the hill districts.
Apart from the names mentioned the team will consist of senior officers the Union Planning Commission, Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and Food Corporation of India, said the source.
The team will also meet the Governor and Chief Minister to discuss the law and order situation as well as the development projects taken up here.
On April 26, one day after their arrival the team will have a detailed discussion on the law and order situation with officials of the State Government at 9.30 am, said the source further.
The meeting will also focus on the development projects being taken up in the State, said the source and added that the attention will focus on the hill districts such as setting up FCS godowns there and road connectivity.
