Buildings constructed by Power Grid Jiribam inaugurated

Several buildings constructed by Power Grid Jiribam, Kadamtala under Corporate Social Responsibility Programme (CSR) were inaugurated today.
Power Grid Chief Manager G Rameshore Sharma inaugurated compound wall, iron gate and sanitary latrine of Jatindra Jr High School at Jiribam Babupara in the presence of ZE Jiribam Th Ketuki Devi, headmistress Th Sorojini Devi and other people.
It is reported that the compound wall, iron gate and the sanitary latrine were built at the cost of Rs six lakhs.
In the afternoon, G Rameshore inaugurate a newly constructed building of the All Jiribam Sport Association (AJSA) and handed it over to AJSA president M Brajakanta Singh.
The building was constructed at the cost of around Rs five lakhs.
This was followed by inauguration of a bus waiting shed at Ningshing Khun, Uchathol which was constructed at the cost of Rs three lakhs.
Many other buildings were also constructed last year at Jiribam under CSR programme in addition to sponsoring free embroidery training programme by providing stipend to 30 students.
