Imphal, March 11: FLAM has lifted the 1st cash Prize Late Koijam Yaima Singh Memorial Veteran Football Tournament defeating ATVFA by a solitary goal in the final played today.

The all important goal for FLAM was scored by Bobo through a header from a corner kick taken by Gaitharung in the 41st minute.

The winner received a cash prize of Rs 10,000 and trophy while ATVFA had to contend with Rs 5000 and trophy.

Third place SSU received Rs 3000 and trophy while the fourth place AYVFA received Rs 1000.Ranjit of ATVFA was adjust best goalkeeper while Basanta of FLAM bagged the best player award.

VFA, Kakching bagged the best discipline team award.

The highest scorer award went to N Bobo (FLAM), L Dhonel (SSU) and Joy Kabui (FLAM).

All of them received a cash prize of Rs 500 each.
