Imphal, April 15: The C Upendra panel has submitted its KR Lane firing inquiry report to the State Govt today.

The probe panel headed by the retired Judge placed a 42 page investigation report to the Chief Secretary�s office, according to reliable source who added that the final hearing was conducted on April 2.The inquiry was instituted following allegations that Imphal East district commando gunned down three Kuki students in a fake encounter in Oct last year.
